There is nothing quite as magical in childhood as Christmas Day
Coming out to the Christmas tree to with all the new toys play
It's so darn hard to get to sleep when you wait for Santa Claus
Think of him when you are naughty; yep, that should give you pause
For no one wise really wants ever their brother or sister to tease
When they realize that such rascally things would Santa Claus displease
Never sneak before he gets there and of his cookies just leave crumbs
In his eyes, that will make you seem like such ungrateful bums
